Foust—Edna  L., 91, Laurel View Village, Davidsville, formerly of Seanor, passed away peacefully October 31, 2016 with her beloved husband of 72 years, Richard D. Foust, by her side.  Born April 28, 1925, in Windber; daughter of Wilson and Martha (Miller) Pebley.   She is survived by her devoted husband Dick, her sons Richard D. Foust, Jr. and wife Glenda, Harrisonburg, VA and William A. Foust and wife Rekiko, Rural Hall, NC; also, seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by daughter Sallie E. (Foust) Coughenour who died in 2003; also a brother, Clair Pebley who died in 1946. She was a 1943 graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School.  Member and Sunday school teacher, Bethel United Methodist Church, Hollsopple, and the former Livingston EUB Church, Foustwell; postmaster from 1972 to 1990 in Seanor. Her hobbies included sewing, baking and gardening.  Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at George E. Mason funeral home, Davidsville.  Edna's life will be celebrated Friday 11 a.m., at the Laurel View Village chapel, Pastor Jeffery Bassette officiating.  Interment, Richland Cemetery. The family wishes to thank her Laurel View caregivers for providing such thoughtful care, assuring Edna's comfort.  Those who wish can make donations to Bethel United Methodist Church or Laurel View Village Caring Fund.
