Waddell: Elizabeth L. 83 of Johnstown died December 24, 2016 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  Born March 10, 1933 in Johnstown the daughter of John W. and Evelyn (Mitchell) Elder.  Preceded in death by parents, husband William B. Waddell, son William E. Waddell, Sr, and daughter Jackie Waddell, and brothers John Elder and Edward Fisher and his wife Barbara.  Survived by son John A. Waddell, and grandchildren William E. Waddell, Jr, Chrissy Waddell, and Edward Layton.  She is also survived by cousin Dolores Hamilton, Sister-In-Law Ernestine Elder, and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Elizabeth retired from Penelec with 33 years’ service.  She enjoyed meeting with her friends from Penelec and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family.  Family receiving friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday.  Pastor Guy Myers officiating.  Internment Grandview Cemetery.
