Mlaker: Ralph, 85 of Davidsville, died October 3, 2016 at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born March 2, 1931 in Johnstown the son of Andrew and Rose Marie (Greecher) Mlaker. Proceeded in death by parents, wife Jacquelyn E. (Barchey) Mlaker who died September 28, 2004, and brother Richard Mlaker. Survived by sons Craig Mlaker, married to Beverly (Nitch); Johnstown, and Glenn Mlaker; Palm Springs, California. Also survived by grandchildren Matthew, Jennifer and Elizabeth (Stewart) Mlaker, Melinda Goch, Christopher and Daniel Babik, and Christian and Carlos Nitch and great granddaughter, Ridley Babik and extended family of bus drivers and staff of Mlaker Transportation. He was the brother of Jackie Moore. Ralph also had many nieces and nephews. Ralph was one of the founding members of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Ferndale Lions club. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a school bus salesman from 1961-1997 prior to founding Mlaker Transportation. He was active with the Pennsylvanian School Bus Association. He was an avid Conemaugh Township and Penn State Fan and was a great storyteller. Family receiving friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where a Vigil for the Deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Friday at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church with Father Angelo Patti officiating. Committal Grandview Mausoleum.
