Whetzel: Randell Lee, Sr. 66 of Hollsopple, died unexpectedly November 27, 2017 at Conemaugh Hospital.  Born May 5, 1951 in Johnstown.  Preceded in death by mother Maxine Kerr, step father James Kerr, and Mother-in-law Mary Heinrich.  Survived by loving wife of 46 years Margaret (Heinrich) Whetzel, and these children Michelle Whetzel, Salix; Melanie married to Roy Oswalt; and Randy, Jr. and wife Sara; all of Hollsopple.  Loving Pap to Zachary, Johnny, Roy Jr., Cora, Macey, and Bruody.  Brother of Paul David and wife Jane, CA; and Dennis and wife Martha, Windber.  He is also survived by his loving dogs Daisy and Angel.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville.  He was a 1969 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School.  A former employee of Sani-Dairy where he was the last member to be inducted into the quarter century club, in May 2017 he retired from Galliker’s Dairy in Johnstown as a tractor trailer driver. Randy was a life member of Woodward Hunting and Fishing Club.  For anybody that knew him, he would always put a smile on their face.  A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.   Family will receive friends from 1-9 P.M. Thursday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville and from 9 A.M. until time of funeral services at 10 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church Hooversville.  Interment Stahl Mennonite Cemetery.  Family asks donations be sent to Somerset County Humane Society.
