Francschini, Jacques Brandon, 57, of Johnstown, formerly of Pittsburgh’s South Side and Robinson Township, died peacefully at home on April 4, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 8 years Sarah Adkins. He was the son of Karen Francschini of Robinson. He was preceded in death by father Anthony L. Francschini, Jr. and brother Jon A. Francschini, and his many cats including his favorite Birdbane. He was the nephew of Barbara Barwell of South Heights and Bill and Janet Krysalaka of Conneautville. He was the Son-In-Law of Chuck and Darla Adkins of East Liverpool, Ohio.
A Music Major at Westminster College, he was a skilled musician, particularly at Hand Drums and Guitar. He was cofounder of Pittsburg’s 3 Rivers Drum Circle. An avid medieval reenactor, he was a fixture at the Society, for Creative Anachronism's Annual Event the Pennsic War and attended many other such events, always with his drums.
He will also be missed by his fur-baby cats Marcel, MJ, Basil, and Newt.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at 2 P.M. Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Sewickley United Methodist Church, 337 Broad Street, Sewickley, PA 15143 his wife Pastor Sarah Adkins officiating.
