Robert Glenn Stevanus

Stevanus: Robert Glenn, 75 of Hollsopple died November 28, 2019 at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital.  Born March 23, 1944 in Maple Ridge the son of James and Virginia (Benson) Stevanus.  Preceded in death by parents, granddaughter Stacey Knepper, and infant brother James and sister Bonnie Spory.  Survived by wife of 53 years Sandy (Mack) Stevanus, and these children Robert married to Rebecca, Matt, Gail Knepper, Jesse married to Missy, and Jill married to JB Lewis.  Also survived by grandchildren Brandon, Matthew, Shayna, Tyler, Jessica, Jesse, Gage, and Colten, and great grandchildren Shyanne, Sophia, Slade, Elizabella, Aubriella, Griffen, Anley, Beau, and one great grandson on the way.  He will be missed by his best friend and cousin David Cooper and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was a 1962 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School.  Bob was a proud military United States Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He will be missed by all his customers he served over the years especially Brian and Hazel, Dan and Jeannie and Rachel and Danny.  Family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. Sunday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where funeral service will be held 10 A.M. Monday.  Pastor Sharon Fox officiating.  Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
