Ronald S. Matolyak

Matolyak: Ronald S., 68 of Everett died April 24, 2018 at Walden’s View in Irwin. Born October 8, 1949 in Johnstown the son of Joseph and Alice (Pejack) Matolyak. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving wife of 44 years Kathleen R. (Garlesky) Matolyak and brother Gary married to Patty. He will be sadly missed by brother-in-law Dave married to Cathy Garlesky and niece Samantha Garlesky and nephew Shane Matolyak. Member of St. Thomas Apostle Catholic Church in Bedford. He was a member of the American Legion and Bedford Sportsman Club. Ronald served in the Navy and Army Reserves. He worked as a Forester for the Pennsylvania Game Commission for 35 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved woodworking. A special thank you to Eileen Graham for her love and support and caring for Ronald. Family will receive friends from 2-6 at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville a vigil will be held by Father John Voytek O.F.M. CONV. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family for Alzheimer’s Dementia Organization or his church.
