Keim: Thelma F. 83 of Hollsopple died July 17, 2019 at Conemaugh Hospital surrounded by her family. Born July 11, 1936 in Jerome the daughter of Lester and Ruby (Ott) Rummel. Preceded in death by parents, husband Thomas Keim who died February 4, 2019, and sister Beverly Rummel. Survived by sons Raymond, Philip married to Cathy (Berkey), Donald married to Jamie (Schatz), and Dwight married to Deirdre (White). Also survived by grandchildren Ann, Anthony, Randi, Crystal, Jared, Ryan, and Courtney, and great grandchildren Brendon, Trey, Ryleigh, Braxton, Hadlee, and Channing. Sister of Herman and wife Carlotta and Alan and wife Flora. Thelma is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren where she loved cooking with the Women’s Fellowship and sang in the church choir. She was a 1954 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School. On March 15, 1958 she married the love of her life Thomas Keim. Thelma worked for 15 years for the Holsopple Auction Barn. She loved working in her garden and greenhouse with her Ground Cherries which she was known for growing to bake her ground cherry pies and other baked goods for which she loved to donate to Johnstown Christian School and Camp Harmony. Thelma loved all her pet cats. She loved cooking for all her family gatherings and was a loving caring devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. The family wishes to thank the Conemaugh ICU and Palliative Care Units. Family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville and from 10 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11 A.M. Saturday at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren with Pastor Chris Heinlein officiating. Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
