Andrew Scott Stayrook

Stayrook: Andrew Scott, 43 of Hollsopple died unexpectedly November 13, 2023 in Hollsopple.  Born July 26, 1980 in Johnstown the son of Gary Lee and Tina (Mort) Stayrook.  Preceded in death by father.  Survived by mother, and sons Reed and Jacob.  He was the brother of Ben and wife Susan, Ashlee Stayrook, and Stephanie and husband Joseph Crum Sr.  He is also survived by nephews Evan, Ashton, Jayden, Joey, Jaxson, and niece Scarlett.  Andrew was a 1999 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School.  He was employed by Palanes Quality Finishes and Home Improvement.  He was an avid Football and Hockey fan especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Johnstown Tomahawks.  He was Medically Discharged from the Marines.  The family will have a service at a later date to be determined.  In lieu of flowers family asks donations be sent to them to help with expenses.
