Cecelia (Noll) Balicki

Balicki: Cecelia, 70 of Johnstown died May 3, 2025 at home.  Born January 25, 1955 in Johnstown the daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (Kmetz) Noll.  Survived by siblings Paula married to Eldon Jack, Theresa Noll, Laura married to Jerry Graves, Lawrence M. Noll, and Andrew J. Noll married to April.  Cecelia is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their families.  At her request there will be a private service for her siblings with inurnment at Holy Family Cemetery in Hooversville at a later date.
