Dwight E. Houser

Houser: Dwight E., 78 of Hollsopple died January 15, 2022 at home.  Born December 20, 1943 in Kittanning the son of Floyd and Francis Houser.  Preceded in death by parents and son-in-law Timothy Burton.  Survived by wife of 51 years the former Patricia Nichols and these children Floyd, Joy married to Dan McCoy, and April Burton.  Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Dwight was a Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War.  He enjoyed working with his hands making many wood projects.  He was an avid fisherman.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc Davidsville.  Graveside service will be held 10 A.M. Friday at Custer Cemetery with Pastor David Bowman officiating.  Family asks in lieu of flowers please make donations to help with expenses.
