Eugene Franklin Blough

Blough: Eugene Franklin Sr., 77 of Hooversville, died October 6, 2023 at the Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born January 19, 1946 in Grazier the son of Foley J. and Clara A. (Miller) Blough.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by children Paula Blough, Eugene Blough, Jr., and April married to James Dewitt, Sr.  Loving grandfather of James, Jr., Geneva, Gary, and Donald.  Eugene is also survived by his siblings Kenneth Ray Blough married to Shirley, Harry T. Blough married to Mildred and Karen Plack married to Dave.  He was a United States Army Veteran He was a model train enthusiast.  No viewing or services at this time.
