George Schilling Obituary

Schilling: George C. 82 of Hollsopple died August 11, 2021 at Conemaugh Hospital. Born July 18, 1939 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi the son of Clay and Evelyn (Stevens) Schilling. Preceded in death by parents and wife Joan (Oravetz) Schilling who died December 14, 2014. Survived by children Beverly (Roger) Daley, Robert Schilling, and Shane (Heather) Schilling. George was a US Air Force Veteran. He was a Commander for the Hollsopple VFW Post 8861. George Retired from the EADS Group as a Surveyor. No viewing or services at his request. Family asks donations please be sent to Hollsopple VFW, 148 Veterans St, Hollsopple, PA 15935 or Hollsopple Senior Center, 959 S Main St, Hollsopple, PA 15935. Arrangements by the George E. Mason Funeral Home.
