Gloria Ann (Cable) Holder

Holder: Gloria, 73 of Hollsopple died April 2, 2022, at Jerome Country Manor.  Born February 13, 1949 in Johnstown the daughter of John J. and J. Lucille (Kaufman) Cable.  Preceded in death by parents and sisters Sara Kimmel, Catherine Podolak, and Shirley Adler.  Survived by husband of 49 years Dale Holder and sons Todd and Troy married to Jen.  Loving grandmother of Garrett, Chase, Ashton, and Blake.  Sister of Sharon Toth, John D. married to Penny Cable, Chester Cable, Ralph Cable married to Delores, and Lenora Gombar married to Ronald.  She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.  Gloria was a faithful member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren where she was a member of the Women’s Fellowship.  She loved to sew and quilt.  Gloria loved her family but especially her grandkids.  Many thanks to all her faithful friends, her angels at Country Manor and Windber Hospice for all their help and support.  Family will receive friends from 4 until time of memorial service at 7 P.M. Wednesday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.  Family asks in lieu of flowers please make donations to Windber Hospice in Gloria’s memory.
