Ira G. Bostian, Jr.

Bostian: Ira G. Jr. 97 of Johnstown died December 12, 2018 at Allegheny Lutheran Home in Johnstown.  Born November 18, 1921 in Johnstown the son of Ira G. and Olive (Felton) Bostian, Sr.  Preceded in death by parents, first wife Elsie (Parkinson), second wife Arlene (Calhoun) a brother and sister and a step brother and sister.  Survived by children Ira Bostian III married to Brenda (Ohler), and Diane married to Robert Spangler, Jr.  Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.  He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church where he was a Lay Leader, Adult Sunday School teacher and Jr. Church teacher.  A WWII Air Force Veteran.  Ira retired from Bethlem Steel.  The family wishes to thank the Interim Health Care and Hospice, Allegheny Lutheran Home, and Dr. Kastelic for his medical assistance and friendship.  No viewing or services at his request.  Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Arrangements by George E.
