Jean Edith Pebley

Pebley: Jean Edith, 71 of Johnstown died December 5, 2020 at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, MD.  Born April 23, 1949 in Johnstown the daughter of John Dalton and Florence (Nitch) Pebley.  Preceded in death by parents, twin sister Joan, and brothers John Jr, and Donald and great niece Marisa.  Survived by daughter Melissa married to Eric Brown and her new pride and joy her granddaughter Mila.  Sister of Edward Pebley and Kathy married to Vance Kovach.  She loved her nieces and nephew Wanda, Tracy, Stephanie, Jessica, Jaime, and Vance, Jr. and all of their families.  She will also be missed by her granddog Toby who she loved dearly.  Member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Johnstown and the Connumach Lioness Club.  Following her retirement from North American Hoganas she worked for the Learning Lamp where all the children were very special to her.  Jean loved to Bowl and was on many leagues.  She was an Avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan.  Her joy was spending time with her family.  No viewing at her request.  A Funeral Mass will be held 10 A.M. Saturday at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church with Father Peter Crowe officiating.  Inurnment will be at Grandview Cemetery at a later date.    Family asks donations be sent to St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Jean’s memory.  Arrangements by the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.
