Jerry Warren Yingling, beloved husband, father, and son, met his dad at heaven’s gates Sunday, June 29th, 2025, with his loving wife by his side at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Jerry was passionate about both life and his wife, and anyone who knew Jerry knew this. His smile and the twinkle in his eye made everyone around him light up. With his positive attitude and strong faith, he will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and work mates, as he considered all of them his family. Jerry graduated from Frederick High School in 1985. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Yingling, Jr.
Jerry leaves behind his loving wife, Lynda Wagner; his children, Jacob and Jordan Yingling, Airon Stevanus Wagner; and his mother, Diane Yingling. Jerry’s legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched with his kindness, humor, and unwavering faith. His family takes comfort in knowing that his infectious joy and loving spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Paul Davis has assisted in setting up a program to honor Jerry’s life and legacy through Comfort Cases, which provides support for foster children, specifically those aged 11 and older who are most vulnerable. Friends and family are encouraged to attend, as Jerry wanted a party!
