Joyce Marie Ferrence

Ferrence: Joyce Marie, 80 of Johnstown died November 4, 2020 at the Atrium Manor.  Born August 12, 1940 in Rural Valley the daughter of Frank and Mare E. (Hancharik) Ferrence.  Preceded in death by parents and brother Frank Jr.  Survived by brother David and sister Alice Marano.  Joyce was a member of St. Clements Catholic Church.  She was a retired 7th grade math teacher for the Greater Johnstown School District.  She loved all things outdoors, including gardening, and sports.  She was a member of the Silver Slippers and loved doing crafts, especially cross stitching.  No viewing a graveside service will be held Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Yatesboro.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Clements Catholic Church 114 Lindberg Ave Johnstown, PA 15905.  Arrangements by the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.
