Larry Ray Horner

Horner: Larry Ray, 78 of Johnstown died April 20, 2023, at the Harmony House Manor.  Born September 10, 1944, in Tire Hill the son of Henry Adam and Mary Louise (Dinges) Horner.  Preceded in death by parents and brothers Barry, Robert, and Ronald.  Survived by wife of 55 years the former Ruth Elizabeth Lohr and these children, Christopher Horner and Michelle and fiancée Doug Dotey.  Also survived by granddaughter Gwendolyn Clay.  He is the brother of David, Dennis and wife Patty, and Daniel and wife Karen.  Larry was a member of Tire Hill Church of the brethren.  He graduated from Conemaugh Township High School in 1962.  Larry loved collecting model cars.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan.  Larry loved being in his garage fixing his friends’ cars.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Friday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.  Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
