Rick Coulter Obituary

Coulter: Rick Lee, 66 of Johnstown died September 17, 2021 at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born February 23, 1955 the son of Jack and Shirley (Bowden) Coulter.  Preceded in death by parents and brother Keith and brother in law Scott Vickroy.  Survived by wife of 41 years Cathy (Vickroy) Coulter and these children Jason (Heather), and Kelli Coulter (Nichole Fortney).  Also survived by grandchildren Ethan, Lincoln, Camryn, Kyle, Emma, and Maeghan.  Brother of Jackie widow of Tom Reynolds, Denny widower of Candy Coulter, Jim (Charlene) Coulter, and Jeff (Susan) Coulter.  He was the brother-in-law of Denise Coulter, Ernie Vickroy, and Dennis Vickroy (Gwen Miller).  He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.  Rick retired from the Pennsylvania Army National Guard with 21 years of service.  He was an avid hunter who loved rabbit hunting with his dog Cody.  He coached Youth Sports for his children for many years.  Rick was a truck driver for many years and also worked for Fleetwood Trailers.  Rick’s biggest love was his family especially his grandchildren.  Family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where the family asks for masks to be worn.  A private funeral service and committal will be held at Grandview cemetery.
