Susan R. (Helsel) Ringler

Ringler: Susan R., 78 of Hollsopple died August 21, 2024, at Somerset Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.  Born October 11, 1945, in Johnstown the daughter of Howard L. and Lucy R. (Murray) Helsel.  Preceded in death by parents and grandson Randy.  Survived by husband of 59 years James Ringler and her daughters Christine married to Stephen White and Rhonda married to Bryan Thomas.  Loving Heema of Amanda and husband Taylor, Alicia and husband Rusty, and Jonathan and wife Alyssa.  Also loving great grandmother of Jimmy, Jack, Josh, Ellie, Olive, Wren, and Nox.  Sue was the sister of Carol married to Clarence “Gooch” Hart, Bobbi married to Tom Page, and Linda Webb.  Also survived by her Brother-In-Law Paul Berkebile and many other family and friends.  She will be missed by her pet cat Ginger.  Sue was a graduate of Conemaugh Township High School Class 1963 where she played the Flute in the band and Conemaugh School of Nursing as an RN.  She retired as a Registered Nurse having worked for Conemaugh Hospital, Red Cross, and many local doctors in their offices.  She had a love for her husband, children, grandchildren, but most of all her great grandchildren.  No viewing or services.  Private inurnment at the convenience of the family at Custer Cemetery.  Arrangements handled by the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.
