Terry L. Kegg

Kegg: Terry L., 77, formerly of Ferndale, passed away on August 29, 2020 at Windber Woods.  Born July 1, 1943 to Harry and Ruth V. (Miller) Kegg.  Preceded in death by parents and wife, Ada Kegg.  Survived by son, Jesse Kegg and wife Hope, of Mt. Dora, Florida and grandchildren, Justus and Elli Kegg.  Also survived by sister, Linda Smith married to Bill Smith, of Davidsville and brother Tom Kegg, married to the former Vicki Delic of Ferndale.  Additionally, he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as good friends and neighbors, Ray and Joyce Oaks.  Terry was a 1961 graduate of Ferndale High School.  He served in the US Air Force.  He studied at Youngstown State where he played on the baseball team.  He also graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.  He was employed as a master union carpenter in Florida and Pennsylvania.  A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Inurnment Grandview Cemetery.  Family asks in lieu of flowers please make donations to Windber Hospice or to the Windber Woods in memory of Terry.  Arrangements are being handled by the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.
