Fultz: Theresa Bernadette, 69 of Hollsopple died December 11, 2022 at home. Born June 30, 1953 the daughter of Steve and Helen (Bielski) Swintosky. Preceded in death by parents, infant daughter Amanda Fultz, and first husband George Banfield, Sr. Survived by husband of 35 years Thomas Fultz and these children George Banfield, Jr and wife Lois, and Lisa Daugherty and husband Don. Loving Grandmother of Nicholas, Amy, George III, Thomas, and Breanna. Sister of Stephan, Mary (Bryan) Betts, Timothy, and Faith (Calvin) Ross. Theresa is also survived by Mother-In-Law Patricia Fultz, 3 Sister-In-Laws, 2 Brothers-In-Laws, and many nieces and nephews. She was a 1971 graduate of Forbes High School. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was an Auxiliary member of American Legion Post 257, Stoystown, Life member of VFW Post 7565, Hooversville, and Polish Falcons Nest 556, Jerome. Family will receive friends from 2-8 P.M. Tuesday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where Vigil will be held. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church Hooversville with Father Aaron Maghsoudi Celebrant. Committal Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.
