Tom Donald Brown

Brown: Tom Donald, 77 of Hollsopple died June 28, 2023, at UPMC Magee Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born July 18, 1945, in Johnstown the son of Clarence and Ruth (Holsopple) Brown.  Preceded in death by parents and sister Doris Musser.  Survived by wife of 57 years Louise Blough and these children Michele married to Rev. Livingstone Dore, Gregory Brown, and Heather married to Michael Hensch.  Also survived by his grandchildren Dr. Livingstone “Leon”, Jr. married to Ashley Dore, Miranda Dore, and Jacob Hensch.  He is also the great grandfather of Cameron Dore.  He will be missed by his beloved cat companion Sparks.  Tom was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church.  He retired from the former GTE “Verizon” with 30+ years of service.  Family will receive friends from 2 until the time of service at 5 P.M. Sunday July 9 at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville.  Inurnment will be at a later date at Somerset Memorial Park.
