William S. Vallies

Vallies: William, 84 Hollsopple formerly of Jennerstown died December 10, 2019 at Somerset Hospital.  Born October 11, 1935 in Red Bank Twp. Armstrong County the son of Senes and Margaret (Hallman) Vallies.  Preceded in death by parents, wife the former Alice Berzonski Vallies, and several brothers and sisters.  Survived by children William and wife Faye, and daughter Nancy and companion Donna Roberts.  Also survived by stepchildren Cheryl and husband Donald Harteis, and Brian and wife Linda Berzonski with whom he resided with.   Bill also is survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.  He was a proud US Army Veteran.  He was a member of the Ferndale Sportsman’s Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He will be missed by all his friends at Bueford’s/Knuckleheads.  Family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville where funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday.  Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
