Patrick J. Casey, Jr., 49, Johnstown, died September 28, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.  He was born February 28, 1967 in Johnstown, the son of Patrick J.Casey,Sr. and Linda (Young) Casey Hayes.  Preceded in death by father.  Survived by mother, Davidsville; sister, Elizabeth Kern married to Patrick, Ohio and niece and nephew, Chloe and Jack Kern.  Also survived by fiancée, Madeline M. Durning. At the request of the family, funeral services will be private.  Inurnment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
