Chynoweth: Ruth Eileen, 90 of Allegheny Lutheran Home, Johnstown died May 29, 2017 at the home.  Born December 4, 1926 in Johnstown the daughter of Leonard J. and Grace Elma (Stahl) Naugle.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Frank Baldwin Chynoweth, companion Leonard Oakman, sisters, Dorothy, Donna, and Mary Kulp, and brothers Dayton, William, Richard, Gary, and Thomas.  Survived by son Norman and wife Valerie (Otvos) Chynoweth, and grandchildren Frank E. and wife Abby (Lieberman) Chynoweth, and Nicole E. Chynoweth.  Sister of Alice Kneezle, Pat Owens; St. Louis, MO, Joan Stroer; Columbia, MO, and sister-in-laws Nilsa Naugle; FL, Sandy Naugle and Edith Naugle, MO, and several nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Benscreek Lutheran Church.  She was the owner and operator of Jim and Jimmies Tavern and enjoyed the bar business and was loved by all who knew her.  She was a past member and officer of the Cambria Somerset Tavern Association.  She enjoyed writing letters and collecting penguins.  The family wishes to thank the Allegheny Lutheran Home in Johnstown and thw Windber Hospice for the wonderful care of Ruth.  Family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until time of funeral service at 1 P.M. Saturday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. Davidsville Rev. Jonathan Adams officiating.  Private interment Grandview Cemetery.
